We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.
As each artwork is handmade with care, returns are accepted only in
the rare case of an issue on our end, such as:
- Damaged artwork received
- Incomplete order
- Incorrect artwork delivered
To help us assist you quickly, please email us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue.
Once verified, we will be happy to offer a replacement or resolution.
